Jessie's Girl Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner: Rite Aid $6.99
I bought this Jesse's girl eyeliner earlier last month, but just got around to using it. I am surprised at how much I love this!!! It is kind of like a felt tip marker, and goes on so smooth. The tip is at such a point that it goes on perfectly! I highly recommend it! I will talk more about it in my September Hit & Misses video at the beginning of next month.

DeleteI always used a pencil type eyeliner, once or twice tried liquid but not the felt tip kind. This looks great, it makes your eyes pop. I may need to try this.
